The Space:
River Red Gum is situated in the small town of Mooroopna, just an hour's drive from Bendigo and 8 minutes from the city of Shepparton. Bill and Beats (Cafe), Cellar 47, Casablanca Pizza, and Shepparton Art Museum are just a few of the attractions our guests enjoy.
A cozy 155-square-foot tiny home with a queen-sized bed up in the loft and a couch, which can be converted into a single bed on the ground floor. It has easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. This includes a waterless eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers) for your use.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please advise that there will be some animal and tractor noise during your stay with us as we are a working farm that cares for animals and crops.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas, except the land host's private residence. Please respect the privacy of land hosts and other guests.

By public transport: Guests can take regional train and bus services to Mooroopna and nearby Shepparton. Then, take a taxi/Uber to the property, but no public transport services stop within walking distance to the property.

- We advise guests to keep an eye on children inside as the stairs to the loft is quite steep
- Guests with infants are recommended to bring their own portable travel cot during their stay

- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- Guests can use the outdoor firepit subject to seasonal fire restrictions/weather conditions

- Due to the property's rural location and the recent rains and flood, you may encounter inconveniences during your stay
- Please advise that an occasional farm vehicle may drive past during your stay with us as we are a working farm that cares for animals and crops
- The property has an Electric Vehicle Charger (up to 7kW) for EVs with a Type 2 plug. If you wish to avail, EV charging will be at 0.30c/kWH and can be arranged with the land host 48 hours in advance
- In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our compost toilets a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
